so I pictured a girl looking into a mirror (most obvious symbol of vanity ) and I added some glitter and shiny things that can be worn as make up or something 
about the nails, I tried to draw a peacock feather but I sadly failed and now it barely seems a feather haha

Love all the decorations and I recognized feathers even from the thumbnail in my folder, so no worries, you did awesome work on it!^^ you really made happy 
really glad you like it working with the mirror was quite hard
